The kitchen at Chez Panisse. Chez Panisse is divided into two parts - the upstairs Café and the downstairs fixed menu. Both, however, use the same main kitchen. In the morning, the upstairs crews prepares their dishes while the downstair crew comes in during the afternoon and begins their own preparations.

Loved the photos and seeing the kids so attentitve and enjoying themselves. The frog legs look like they tasted wonderful. Hmmmm
